Jean-Philippe ZOUOGBO has been a Senior Lecturer in General, French and German Linguistics at Paris-Diderot University since 2006. He holds a degree in Social and Cultural Anthropology from Université Marc Bloch of Strasburg (France). His research focuses on Figurativeness in Phraseology and Paremiology, and also on Language and Development Issues. He is currently the General Coordinator of the international network POCLANDE (Populations-Cultures-Languages and Development). He is also a Foundation Member of the African Proverbs and Phraseology Society (AFRICAPPS) and the General Secretary of the Society.
